We currently deliver fresh fruits and vegetables exclusively within Kanpur city to ensure peak freshness and quality.

Delivery Timings:

  • Orders can be placed till 9 PM every day.
  • All orders will be delivered the next morning before 9 AM.

Delivery Charges:

  • Free delivery on orders above ₹299.
  • ₹30 delivery charge on orders below ₹299.

Order Confirmation:

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or WhatsApp. We’ll keep you updated on your order status until it reaches your doorstep.

Return & Replacement Policy – Daily Pluck

As we deal in perishable items, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our top priority.

If you receive:

  • Damaged or spoiled items
  • Missing items in your order
  • Wrong items delivered

Please contact us within 12 hours of delivery along with a photo/video of the issue. After verification, we will replace the item or issue a refund/store credit.

Note:

  • No replacements/refunds will be accepted after 12 hours of delivery.
  • Items should be unused and in original condition (where applicable).
